At Errickson Home Inspections our goal is for you to have all the information you need about the condition of the home to help you feel confident in your purchasing decision. A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the major systems of the house including structure, roof, exterior, interior, heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical. We follow the Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors to inspect all areas of these areas of the house.

 The following fees are based on the square footage of the home:

There is a $200 re-inspection fee. 

Additional Inspection Services:

Radon testing -- $215

Sewer Inspection -- $225

Level II Chimney Inspection -- $225/first flue; $150 each additional flue

Mold Inspection, 3 Air Samples -- $395

Water Test -- $150
