Since home inspectors are not a licensed profession in Minnesota, I looked specifically for an experienced, credentialed Home Inspection company and found Errickson to be ASHI Home Inspection certified. Also, along with being well experienced and ASHI certified in providing home inspections, he has additional supporting academic related education and work experience. Upon contracting for my inspection, Jon was very accommodating to my needs, showed up on time and provided a very through inspection and associated report. I received the report on the same day as the inspection was done (which was a need/request that Jon kindly provided).
